NATIX GmbH, hereinafter referred to as "NATIX", is the team behind Drive& app and the NATIX Network project, responsible for running and operating all raffles and giveaways. 

• Eligibility: To participate in the raffles and giveaways organized by NATIX, users must be at least 18 years of age. However, please note that eligibility may also be subject to the user's own country's laws regarding participation in such activities.

• Ineligibility: Employees of NATIX, affiliated freelancers and their family members are not eligible to participate in the raffles and giveaways.

• Prize Distribution: Upon announcing the winners, NATIX will require certain personal information, including the winner's full name and address. This information is necessary for prize distribution and is collected in accordance with German accounting laws.
  

• Tax Laws: Prize winners are responsible for complying with their local tax laws regarding their prize. Any tax on the prize must be paid by the winner. NATIX is not responsible for paying tax on any prizes. 

• Communication and Response: Winners will be notified via email through the contact information provided during the entry process. Winners will be required to fill out an information form required for the prize distribution. If a winner does not respond within a 14-day time frame, NATIX reserves the right to void the user's winnings. 

• Time zone: All timings and deadlines mentioned in the raffles and giveaways are subject to Central European Time (CET). 

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

• Modifications: NATIX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any raffles or giveaways at any time without prior notice. NATIX also reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions as needed. Users are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

• Disqualifications: The NATIX team may disqualify any participant/winner from the raffles or promotional campaigns for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent or illegal activity.

• Limitation of Liability: NATIX and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the raffles and giveaways or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prizes awarded.

• Privacy: NATIX will handle all personal information collected during the raffles and giveaways in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the raffles and giveaways, users acknowledge and agree to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

By participating in the raffles and giveaways organized by NATIX, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the raffles and giveaways.
