What are the NATIX VX360 device dimensions?
The looks and exact dimensions of the product are still subject to change, and exact information will be shared later. However, it is safe to say, it will easily fit in your tesla glovebox.
How does NATIX ensure privacy?
Your data shared with us through the VX360 companion app is run through computer-vision anonymization algorithms to blur personally identifiable information (i.e. faces and license plates). You can read more on our privacy standards on the NATIX Whitepaper.
How can I access my Tesla footage?
Your Dashcam and Sentry cam footage is uploaded directly to your cloud space. You can easily access and download your captured videos through the VX360 companion mobile app.
How can I set up my NATIX VX360 device?
Setting up your VX360 device is quick and easy:
1. Plug In
Insert VX360 into the USB port in your Tesla’s glovebox.
2. Pair with Your Phone
Open the NATIX VX360 companion app on your smartphone and follow the instructions to pair via Bluetooth.
3. Connect to Wi-Fi
Use the app to connect VX360 to your home or preferred Wi-Fi network.
Once connected, you’re ready to start earning rewards!
What does defining a privacy zone mean?
You can set a radius around your house, office, or anywhere you wish to keep private and the VX360 will not collect data from that area. Moreover, AI algorithms are used to anonymize the collected and uploaded data from personally identifiable information for maximum privacy.
When do I receive my pre-ordered NATIX VX360 device?
The first devices are to be expected for shipping in April 2025. More information on shipping and other updates will be communicated via email and our social media platforms to pre-order buyers.
How can I download the VX360 companion app?

How can I download, play and share footage recorded by my vehicle?
You can access your NATIX VX360 footage either locally or through the cloud.
If you prefer cloud backup, your videos will automatically upload to your dedicated cloud whenever VX360 connects to a known Wi-Fi network, eliminating the need to unplug it from your car.
After your footage is uploaded to your cloud, you can view, share, and download it conveniently through the NATIX VX360 mobile companion app.
To retrieve files directly, simply unplug the device, plug it into your PC and transfer the footage to your computer.
What type of footage does NATIX VX360 record?
VX360 records and backs up your dashcam, Sentry Mode, and automatic driving footage to your personal cloud based on your preferences.
We only monetize clips captured while you’re driving and when specific events, such as acceleration or lane changes, are detected.
Rest assured, we never collect or monetize any data when your car is parked or in your privacy zones, ensuring your privacy is always protected.
How much can I expect to earn from NATIX VX360?
The return on investment is expected within 3-6 months of using the device subject to a minimal weekly contribution. Your exact rewards are determined based on how much you drive, the valuable footage, and the value and scarcity of data in your geography. You can monitor your earnings on the VX360 companion app.
What if I wish to refund my VX360 device?

How is my footage data used?
The data you collect while driving is used to develop and enhance autonomous driving technologies and smart city initiatives. By capturing real-life events such as pedestrian crossings, traffic jams and lane changes, your contributions help improve autonomous driving algorithms and increase city safety through a better understanding of real-life driving behaviours. To protect your privacy we are never collecting data when your car is parked or in your configured privacy zones.
